Standard delivery of products will be handled by the UK carrier Swift. While most such deliveries are 'next day' within the UK, Awards-Trophies-Supplier makes no guarantee regarding arrival times via standard delivery. We charge fixed price delivery costs for UK delivery and for overseas orders the delivery charge depends on the destination and order sub-total (view current shipping prices schedule). The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Awards-Trophies-Supplier of any defect or shortage in the order within seven days of receipt.
Awards-Trophies-Supplier operates a 'No Quibble' returns policy. We will refund or exchange non-engraved products bought via this Web site if they are returned - in a resaleable condition - within 28 days of purchase. Cases involving products that have been customised with an engraving will be dealt with on an individual basis. The purchaser must bear the carriage costs of returning unwanted products.
